Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of FaultLens, a hosted software product operated by FaultLens Technologies Private Limited.

They are written in plain language so customers can understand access, acceptable use, billing, and service responsibilities.

What these Terms cover
Service access

Who can use FaultLens and how workspace access is managed.

Billing and plans

How plans, billing, and confirmed commercial arrangements should be understood.

Company context

FaultLens is the product brand; FaultLens Technologies Private Limited is the legal operator. FaultLens™ and the FaultLens logo are trademarks of FaultLens Technologies Private Limited.

Service access

FaultLens is provided as a hosted software service for engineering teams. Access may depend on valid workspace membership, user authentication, and assigned permissions.

Plans and service changes

Features, plan limits, and operating practices may change over time. FaultLens will communicate material customer-facing changes through the product, support channels, or updated policy pages as appropriate.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

Customers are responsible for their workspace administrators, invited users, roles, and use of the service from their accounts. Users must keep credentials secure and must not share accounts in ways that violate workspace security or access policies.

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with service reliability, security, or availability.
  • Do not access workspaces or data without authorization.
  • Do not upload or process unlawful, abusive, or malicious content through the service.
  • Do not use FaultLens to compromise infrastructure, collect credentials, or disrupt third parties.

Subscriptions and billing

FaultLens may be offered on trial, paid, or enterprise-style plans. Plan changes and commercial upgrades may require confirmation by the FaultLens team before they take effect. Billing timing, plan changes, cancellations, and refund review are explained in the Billing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customer data and usage

Customers remain responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the data they submit to FaultLens. Customers should ensure they have the right to process and share that data through the service.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to keep FaultLens reliable, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, feature changes, or infrastructure issues. We may suspend or terminate access where needed to address unpaid accounts, misuse, security risks, or material breaches of these Terms.

Liability and governing details

FaultLens is provided on a commercially reasonable basis, subject to these Terms and any confirmed written commercial arrangement with the customer.
