What counts as an event?
An event is any error, exception, or signal ingested into FaultLens from your production environment. Each inbound error occurrence counts as one event against your monthly plan limit.
How does the 14-day trial work?
The trial gives you 14 days and up to 5,000 events to validate FaultLens against a real production workflow. Access is contact-led - email hello@faultlens.in to start one.
When should I contact sales?
Starter and Growth are the public paid plans. Contact sales when you need higher event volume, longer retention, or a broader rollout plan than the public plans cover.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Plan changes and cancellations are handled through the team. Email hello@faultlens.in and we will confirm the next steps, effective date, and billing impact.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Starter and Growth are billed monthly. Annual or custom commercial arrangements can be discussed through the contact-sales path at hello@faultlens.in.
Why is activation contact-led and not instant?
Guided onboarding helps us confirm fit for your team's workflow and gives us the context to set up your workspace correctly.
How does FaultLens secure customer data?
FaultLens uses layered SaaS security fundamentals: data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, stored on encrypted AWS infrastructure, and scoped per workspace and project. SDK ingestion uses scoped project API keys. As FaultLens matures, we will continue strengthening formal security controls, auditability, and compliance readiness. See the security overview for the full details including data minimization guidance, retention by plan, and contact paths for security questions.
